Our church sponsors a church in the core area of our city. Every year our church has a picnic and this year instead of hosting it at our church they decided to host it at the sponsored church. To pull off this event, people were asked to sign up to volunteer for various jobs. Our family signed up to hand out little invitation bags with goodies to invite people in the neighbourhood to attend the picnic with activities, worship, and free food. Here was the invitation table that was there when we arrived for our volunteer job:
