Conrad, his Dad, his brother, and nephew went to a funeral for his Mom's brother in law this afternoon. When they got back Mom suggested we all go out for supper together. Kiandra had just finished work and Kezia was still working.

Who knows what the future will bring for Kiandra this year. She will not be heading back to school at this time but she may be doing some lifeguarding if she gets the job she interviewed for today....

She is not sure what she wants to do yet but she is exploring a few options and this is one of them.

Some of the youth shared about their time on the Mexico missions trip and Kaden was one of the speakers. It was so awesome to hear about how God worked in the lives of the people who went to Mexico to serve.

Conrad finished his run (Kezia biked with him) and I met him for the cool down and we walked for Gelato.

Conrad had a rare Saturday off and we spent the day doing some running around...including a stop at IKEA for blinds for Kezia's room .... and ice cream!

The girls are hanging with friends, Kaden is at the day camp sleepover, and Conrad and I are watching Olympics with these two snuggle cats.

Kaden worked his third shift today! He's been putting in a full day as a LIT at day camp these last 2 days and then working for a few hours with Conrad.

There have been some odd jobs accumulating at Conrad's work and today Kaden (who has been talking about getting a job) joined Conrad for a few hours to help them catch up and to earn a few bucks. Maybe this will turn into something more regular??!!

With Kaden at day camp (today was the final day of his second week) during the day, Juilliard doesn't get to see him much during the day. She loves their after-day-camp snuggles.

Kezia (and Kiandra-when she gets home tomorrow) are house sitting/pet watching for a few days. One of the responsibilities with this job is taking their dog for a walk. Kezia thought biking would help her keep up the pace with her new four legged friend. She is sure enJOYing having a dog to walk.

Today was the first time we left Juilliard and Princeton out alone together instead of having her locked up when we are not around. She has found a few places to hide when Prince is looking for her....
